Meet the Owner — Tallon Ball, Owner & Lead General Contractor
Tallon Ball grew up in Lewis County and knows the Pacific Northwest’s land and weather better than most. He graduated from Centralia College. Then, he worked in the timber and construction industries for over 20 years. Those decades of hands-on experience taught him how materials behave, how soil shifts, and what it takes to build structures that last.
Before starting PNW Fence & Gate, Tallon worked directly with the same cedar, steel, and hardware he uses today. His background helps him understand the small details that make a fence strong—how deep a post should sit, how moisture affects wood over time, and which materials hold up best in our climate.
As Owner and Lead General Contractor, Tallon is involved in every stage of a project. He trains the crew, checks installation quality, and ensures homeowners receive clear, honest information from the start. Tallon believes in doing the job right, even when no one is watching. His guiding principle has always been simple:
“Under promise, over deliver.”
Tallon also values ongoing learning. He attends industry training events, including AFA’s FENCETECH conference, to stay current with new installation methods and gate automation technology. This helps him bring modern, reliable solutions to every project.
Outside of work, Tallon is a family-oriented person and an active member of the local community he serves.
